Anthony Braesch

Maître Braesch provides broad experience in business law. Before joining the law firm of Wagener & Erpelding in 2009, he worked for an American consulting firm, the Luxembourg office of a leading London law firm and the financial engineering team of a major French bank.

Maître Braesch practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, banking law, tax law and commercial litigation. He has been involved in complex financial schemes and important corporate restructurings in which Luxembourg acted as a key jurisdiction. He currently advises and represents large international corporations as well as local companies.
