Maître Braesch was admitted to practice law in Luxembourg in 2001. He received his law degree and his political sciences degree from the University Robert Schuman in Strasbourg (France). He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. He is a member of the Association Luxembourgeoise des Juristes de Banque (ALJB).
